Nouns

Understanding ‘Nouns’ in English

Nouns are one of the most important building blocks of English. Every sentence you speak or write contains at least one noun. They help us talk about people, places, things, animals, and ideas.

This lesson gives you a simple but complete overview of nouns, with lots of examples and practice exercises for English learners.

  2. Places – Mumbai, school, restaurant, India
