Terms and Conditions

Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, absence, or dissatisfaction with the course.
Course access is valid only for the specified duration. A maximum grace period of 2 weeks may be granted only for classes missed due to emergencies, subject to prior written approval.
No course extension or re-admission will be provided beyond the grace period, regardless of reasons including travel, exams, job changes, or personal matters.
Students are responsible for attending classes regularly. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or compensated unless otherwise notified in advance and approved.
Live class links, recordings, and study materials are strictly for individual use. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing content without permission is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
Certificates will only be issued upon successful course completion with required attendance, participation, and submission of any assigned assessments.
Course timing and faculty are subject to change due to operational reasons. Students will be informed in advance where possible.
The institute reserves the right to suspend or remove any student for inappropriate behaviour, misuse of class platforms, or violation of class decorum.
Any dispute arising will be subject to jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
